I used some with flank strand and sausages while grilling over some mesquite wood, It did not disappoint. The heat is enough to let you know your eating something with a kick but not to the point where you can't taste the food and will need a constant drink of water to cool off. I think this would go well with anything. Thank you customer support for the assistance, you guys are awesome and have a long term customer.

I've tried many marinades, and Pirates Gold is by far the best. I use it on steaks, and they come out fantastic.
Pirates gold is the only thing I use for adding flavor to my meats. I use it and not Worcestershire sauce. I wish it was available in all of the Walmart stores across the USA!!
