Spice up your snapper fillets

Secret Cay Snapper

· 2 1 Lb. Snapper Fillets
· 1 cup Pirate's Gold Original or Inferno Marinade

Basting Mixture:
· ½ cup Olive Oil
· ¼ cup melted butter
· 1 TB dill weed
· 1 TB granulated garlic
· Juice of 1 lemon

Remove skin from fillets and marinate in Pirate's Gold for 15 minutes. Remove fillets from marinade, baste both sides of fillets with basting sauce (reserve ¼ of basting sauce) and place in fish grilling rack or directly on grill. Grill on medium-high heat, basting liberally, until done.
