You can spice up any stir-fry recipe by using Pirate's Gold instead of soy sauce, but this is our favorite stir-fry!

Caribbean Stir-Fry

· 3 TB. Pirate's Gold Original or Inferno Marinade
· 4 TB Olive Oil
· 1 ½ Lbs thin sliced pork, chicken or beef
· 1 medium onion, diced 1" squares
· 2 carrots sliced
· 8 oz. fresh mushrooms sliced

Stir-fry meat and vegetables in oil over medium-high heat. As the ingredients begin to brown add Pirate's Gold. Stir-fry until done.
